Character Creation and Development

In this six session, three-week workshop, drama teacher, director and actor Mary Sloan will lead participants in warmups, theatre games and exercises that will encourage creation of a character in a scene.

We’ll look at posture, movement, status, breath and voice, and determine how characters interact with each other. Ultimately, everyone will have the opportunity to perform in a scene.
