For A Night Full of Laughter

In addition to our mainstage productions, The Guild produces an annual series of comedy shows with headliners from Canadian comedy hotspots. These headliners share the stage with talented local comedians.

The Yukon’s comedy scene began with the Guild and we continue to offer a supportive environment where emerging comics can try their hand at stand-up and audiences can see the best up and coming comics from across the country!

Info on our 2023 - 2024 Guild Comedy Nights coming soon!

Come Out For An Event

For our 2023-24 season, we will produce and/or host a number of different events and initiatives at the Guild.

We will share more info on individual events soon. In the meantime, here's a snapshot:

Drag Storytime

The Guild is thrilled to present Drag Storytime for families and young audiences! Local drag artists read from a selection of inclusive children's books. We typically provide more info on dates and tickets for Drag Storytime closer to those dates on our Facebook page.

Guild Haunted House

Join us Halloween weekend for this terrifying tradition! Take a journey of jump-scares through the Guild's labyrinth of lunacy, or succumb to the evil forces and help us haunt your friends and neighbors by volunteering!

Make It at the Guild

We offer our rehearsal and performance spaces on a sliding scale to artists and non-profit arts groups. We open up our doors in an effort to combat the financial challenges of finding a venue to develop a new project, host a meeting for a non profit organization or teach a class! Contact ytguildhall@gmail.com for info.

Orange Shirt Play Readings

A collaboration with the Music, Art and Drama Program.

Led by Teslin Tlingit storyteller, director and intergenerational survivor Sharon Shorty, we are once again working with the Music, Art and Drama Program to engage the grade 9/10 class in reading plays around residential schools.

Check back frequently for new events!
