The Guild Hall's Drag Story Time is back!
For seven years we have been presenting family-friendly events with local drag artists reading books from the Whitehorse Public Library. We welcome audiences of all ages and our events are designed to spread love and joy to the whole community. There are always snacks, songs and games along with beautiful stories about inclusion and acceptance read by wonderful local artists for kids and families.
Our next event takes place on Sunday October 19th from 2-3pm at the Guild Hall. We have two delightful artists who will be performing: Boréale and Mother Grimm.
About the artists
Mother Grimm is a storyteller extraordinaire, a spinner of tale tales and enchanted legends. She is known as the queen of transformation, able to shapeshift in a moment from fairytale princess to all manner of fantastical creature. There is nothing she loves more than sharing her favourite books with children.
Boréale is a playful forest character who dances with the northern lights at night, mirroring their magical movements. She loves sharing stories with children in both French and English, bringing tales to life with joy and imagination!
